The Click Learning Company’s main goal is to provide a platform that easily connects an educator with a learner for digital tutoring.
More so than just connecting based on subject matter expertise, Click Learning goes another level deeper by factoring in teaching and learning styles, preferences, and interests of both parties to promote strong relationships; a key part of learning success.

Background Information
Sarah Allaire founded Click Learning Company after realizing the need K-12 learners have for tutors in a digital setting. As an educator herself, she saw the simultaneous need part-time tutors have to find contract work that fits within their schedule and lifestyle.
From these needs the idea of Click Learning started to become a reality, but first the product needed to be designed intentionally for all users: educators, learners, and parents.
The Current Situation
When I joined the Click Learning team, some first round designs had been made to represent the application process for educators, so there was still much work to be done.
Working with UX researchers, I was able to take key insights from users to design the onboarding process and dashboards for both Educators and parents, and message, calendar, “my learners” section, resource hub, and My earnings feature to solve for many needs of our users.
